These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the makeupormore website and services operated by KAMAL BHARDWAJ (sole proprietor trading as RUDRA ENTERPRISES). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You log in using a mobile number and one-time password (OTP); you are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for activity under your account.

2. Products, pricing & availability

• Product details and available options are shown on each product page. Contact us if you need further information before ordering.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and product availability at any time before you place an order.
• We try to display colours and details accurately, but actual product appearance may vary slightly from images on your screen.
• If a pricing or stock error is discovered after you order, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, on suspected fraud, stock issues, or where COD risk thresholds are exceeded — and will refund any prepaid amount.

4. Payments

We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) through our payment gateway, and Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial-COD where available. You authorize us and our gateway to process the amounts shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Promotions, coupons & loyalty

Coupons, offers and loyalty points are subject to their own terms (eligibility, minimum cart value, expiry, per-user limits and stacking rules). We may modify or withdraw any offer, and may reverse points or discounts obtained through error, abuse or cancelled/returned orders.

7. User content

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with the product. You are responsible for your content and must not post anything unlawful, infringing or misleading. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to breach security, scrape data, resell products fraudulently, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The makeupormore name, logo, site design and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law & disputes
