It comes in a retractable packaging. How to Use Define the Bottom Edge : Lightly outline the bottom edge of your brow, starting from the inner corner and working towards the tail. Use small, light strokes for a natural look. Define the Top Edge : Outline the top edge of your brow in the same way, starting a little past the inner corner and following the natural arch to the tail. Fill Sparse Areas : Use the pencil to fill in any sparse areas within the outlined shape. Apply the pencil in short, hair-like strokes that follow the direction of your natural brow hair. Blend : Use the spoolie to blend the pencil strokes into your natural brow hairs. This helps soften any harsh lines and ensures an even application.
